The agreement between you and HealthAPI when you use the service.
By creating an account or using HealthAPI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
HealthAPI lets you sync your own Apple Health data and access it through a REST API. The Service is currently in beta: features, endpoints, and limits may change, and availability isn't guaranteed.
Your API key is your identity and credential. You're responsible for keeping it secret and for all activity that happens under it. If it's exposed, rotate it immediately from the Console. One account is intended per person.
You agree not to:
The health data you sync is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it to operate the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Each plan includes a daily request limit and a short per-minute burst limit that keep the Service fast and reliable for everyone. They are set well above normal use — the vast majority of users never come close — so they act as a safeguard against abuse, not a cap you should feel day to day. Your own data uploads from the app don't count against your quota; only API queries do.
Fair use. Your subscription is for your own personal use (Pro) or your own automations and tools (Developer). To keep the Service sustainable for everyone, you agree not to:
If usage materially exceeds fair use or appears abusive, we may throttle, temporarily suspend, or — for repeated or severe cases — terminate access, with notice where practical. Paid plans, where offered, are billed according to the terms shown at purchase and can be cancelled. These limits and fair-use terms may change as the Service evolves.
HealthAPI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Don't rely on it for medical decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthAPI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that risks harm to the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms as the Service changes and will revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
